Auction, Webstore, Payment,
and
Shipping Terms

Customers, please read auction or advertising listing to
see final cost estimate for your item. If you have
questions please write before sending payment. If
you are a non-US customer, we will send you a manual invoice
clearly outlining shipping costs and whether insurance will
be required once we check the status of the auction or internet
sale and your desired shipping method and your location.
Dollmaker.Biz must hear from you within 72 hours of auction
end notifying us that you do intend to accept auction or
webstore terms and that you will pay for your item.
Your payment must be received within 7 days.
We prefer payment via PayPal as it speeds the
sales process and simplifies bookkeeping. As soon
as we receive payment, we will make arrangements to ship
your item usually within 48 hours (unless it is a holiday
or there are extreme weather conditions in our area).
Unless your items are rare, most items are shipped by USPS
Priority Mail within 24 hours of payment. We have
a good relationship with the Post Office and UPS here and
have been happy with that service.
We will occasionally accept personal checks or postal money
orders if we have a prior business relationship, but we
generally prefer Paypal. Please make sure you have
funds available prior to bidding and please do not ask to
send payments later than the terms indicated.
We encourage insurance to be purchased but we have never
had a lost shipment to date with any buyer. If you prefer
a different shipping method, let us know and we will explore
other options.
If you have any problems or concerns, please e-mail us immediately
so that we may address the issue and solve the concern.
We like to leave positive feedback and desire ALL
of our customers to be happy and 100% satisfied with every
portion of the auction process as well as our items.
We generally will accept returns (minus shipping and handling
fees) if the items are returned in pristine condition and
the buyer correspondence has not been overly negative or
fraudulent.

dependent upon pkg required. See listing.
